Yes. Max Game Manager must be activated using a valid license key. If you do not have a valid license key, you can obtain one by contacting the Arrow Product Support Center at 800.277.6214.

Can I use my own PC or tablet?

Max Game Manager is designed and licensed to operate exclusively on the provided all-in-one PC only, which, in turn is designed to run the Max Game Manager software only. Web-based verification can be accessed on an optional MGM tablet, or any tablet or PC connected to your network.
